The finger test requires hand placement of three pins per hole. It has been successfully used as a predictor for skills involving rapid manipulation of small objects. The Tweezers test requires the placement of a single pin in a 1/16” diameter hole with a Tweezers. A high score indicates a manual aptitude for work involving precision. Board has 100 holes.
